The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, expertly crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates are precision-cut and bent,followed by automatic welding, resulting in a majestic structure standing at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m. Engineered to withstand fierce winds, it offers a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. This system marries functionality with aesthetics, utilizing decorative materials. From the steel, steel pipe, to the lamp post and plate, each component is treated with hot dip galvanization to ensure longevity and elegance.

The electric lifting system is ingeniously designed, comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, an efficient lifting mechanism propels the system at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and seamless operation.

The guidance and unloading system, expertly engineered with guide wheels and arms, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway during elevation..Once the lamp plate reaches its intended height, it is securely anchored and locked in place automatically with a specialized hook mechanism.
5. The sophisticated lighting system can accommodate between 6 and 24 lamps, with power options of 400 W to 1000 W. These include metal halide (white light), floodlights, and more.A state-of-the-art computer time controller takes charge of managing the switch times, enabling options for partial lighting or full illumination based on need.
6. To ensure safety during storms, the system is fortified with a lightning protection feature. A 1.5-meter lightning rod crowns the top of the mast,
while the underground foundation is reinforced with robust 1-meter grounding wires, seamlessly welded to the underground bolts for enhanced protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m in height, facilitating effortless electric lifting. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches, secures itself within the groove, and the wire rope is easily detached.
The lifting high-pole lamp boasts dual control methods—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to
descend safely to 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling remote operation from 5m away, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When lowered appropriately, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring a direct power supply for maintenance and inspection.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp comply with the IP65 international standard, offering protection against dust and rain. This ensures optimal bulb life. They are crafted from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
