The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel. These are expertly cut, bent,and undergo automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with exceptional wind resistance designed to withstand speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond its functional framework, it incorporates decorative elements, primarily utilizing steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system integrates a robust electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism facilitates a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and arms, ensures stable positioning of the lamp plate,.during its ascent and descent. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked with precision by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W to 1000W, featuring metal halide (for pristine white light), spot, and floodlighting options.A sophisticated computer time controller automates the switching, enabling partial or full illumination as needed,
6. The lightning protection system is enhanced with a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,
and a robust 1-meter grounding wire beneath, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
They are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles, usually over 18m high, offer convenient electrical operation. As the lamp tray rises to its operational height, it automatically detaches, hooks into place, and the wire rope releases.
The lifting type is versatile, offering manual and electric control, enabling the lamp tray to lower safely to 2.5 meters for maintenance.
With a 10-meter lead-out wire on the manual remote control, operators can manage the lifting from a 5-meter distance, maintaining utmost safety.
Equipped with a backup cable, when the tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical system socket, and the other to the junction box, ensuring a direct power supply for seamless maintenance.
All lamps within the lift-type high-pole are sealed to IP65 standards, guarding against dust and rain, enhancing bulb longevity. The lamps are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and stainless steel.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
