Unveiling the Superior Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The design often showcases a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights range from 25m, 30m, to 35m, with a robust wind resistance design accommodating speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Our functional framework prioritizes aesthetics, utilizing primarily steel, steel pipes, with hot-dip galvanizing for lamp posts and lamp plates.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to guarantee stable, transverse-free movement of the lamp plate.During the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), providing both light and floodlight.The computer-controlled time system can automate switching times, offering partial lighting or full illumination as needed,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, featuring an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once raised to its operational position, the tray automatically detaches, secures in the groove, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can be raised and lowered with utmost convenience.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting and lowering from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with an auxiliary cable. When the tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the tray. This allows for direct power supply to the tray, facilitating efficient maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
