Unveiling the Superior Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,and then seamlessly welded with precision. These structures generally stand at impressive heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m and are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, they are adorned with decorative materials predominantly made of steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The advanced electric lifting system is comprised of a powerful electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, among other components.Inside the lamp post, the system ensures a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute for smooth and efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move laterally.during the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked into place by a hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports configurations of 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps, providing both spotlights and floodlights.The sophisticated computer time controller allows for automated switching, as well as partial or full lighting control, ensuring optimal illumination at all times.

6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation includes a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps generally fall into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, providing effortless electric lifting operation. When the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely, and the wire rope is conveniently released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be
Lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring operator safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. As the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply and easy overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
