1. The structure predominantly features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through meticulous cutting and bending,followed by precision automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of enduring speeds up to 60 meters/second.

2. Functionally, the design integrates both utility and aesthetics, utilizing materials such as steel, steel pipe, and lamp post, all treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring reliable performance.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism offers a speed range of 3 to 5 meters per minute, facilitating smooth and efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable without any lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W configurations, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both illumination and floodlight purposes.A computer time controller enables automatic regulation of lighting schedules, allowing for either partial or full illumination as needed,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters, ensuring convenient electric lifting operations. When the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and unload the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, making it versatile and user-friendly. This allows the lamp tray to be easily operated according to your needs.
The system ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. With a 10-meter lead wire for the manual remote control device, the operator can manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp are rated at IP65 international standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, provide excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
