The configuration of high mast light:
1. These high mast lights boast striking structural designs, typically in a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole shape. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, they go through meticulous processes of cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standing tall at general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they are engineered to withstand maximum wind resistance of up to an impressive 60 meters per second.
2. Within the functional framework, these lights also serve a decorative purpose. Constructed mainly of robust steel, the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all treated with a hot dip galvanizing process.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, a mechanism enables a steady lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and safety.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees no transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place by the automatic hook system.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles stand impressively over 18m, with an electric lifting operation for ease of use. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach and secure itself, allowing the wire rope to be safely unloaded.
With the lifting type, the high-pole lamp offers dual control modes - manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground for convenient maintenance. The remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel's lifting at a safe 5m distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Lift-type high-pole lamps are also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one cable end connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, and extending bulb service life. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
