The configuration of high mast light:
1. The majestic shape of our high mast lights is crafted in dodecagon or octagonal designs. These conical poles are forged from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,and seamlessly welded by automated systems. They stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand fierce wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Within a robust functional framework, these structures also feature decorative elements, primarily using steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized to ensure longevity.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes.Inside the lamp post, the system provides a smooth lifting experience with a speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. To ensure stability during lifting, a guiding and unloading system is employed. Comprising of guide wheels and arms, this system ensures the lamp plate remains steady.Once positioned, the lamp plate securely drops and locks into place with an automatic hook mechanism, ensuring safety and precision.
5. Our lighting electrical system is flexible, accommodating between 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400W and 1000W. Choose from metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight to suit your needs.The advanced computer time controller offers seamless control over lighting schedules, enabling automatic switching for partial or full illumination according to your preferences.
6. A comprehensive lightning protection system is integrated. At the top of the lamp, a 1.5-meter lightning rod ensures safety,
while underground, the foundation boasts a 1-meter grounding wire, meticulously welded to the underground bolt for optimal protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles, typically over 18m in height, offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the desired height, the lamp tray automatically secures itself and unloads the wire rope seamlessly.
These lifting high-pole lamps feature dual control modes - manual and electric, facilitating the safe descent of the lamp tray to a manageable height of 2.5 meters, easing maintenance tasks.
With a 10m lead-out wire for the manual remote control, the system allows operators to manage the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, ensuring personal safety while operating.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When lowered, the cable connects directly to the lamp tray, enabling immediate electric supply for maintenance purposes.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to shield against dust and rain, thus extending the service life of the bulbs. Made from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, they offer superior corrosion resistance for lasting durability.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.

The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
