1. Crafted with precision, the poles are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical in shape, constructed from high-strength steel plates. The process includes cutting, bending,and automatic welding, reaching impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. These poles are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, ensuring stability and durability.
2. Beyond functionality, the design incorporates decorative elements with materials like steel and steel pipe. The lamp posts and plates are protected with hot dip galvanization for longevity.

The electric lifting system is meticulously designed, consisting of a robust electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, optimizing operational efficiency.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and arm for flawless stability, ensuring no transverse movement during the lifting process..Once positioned, the lamp plate can be automatically secured and locked in place by the hook, guaranteeing safety.

Our lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, offering flexibility with partial or full illumination settings.
6. For comprehensive protection, the lightning system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,
and the foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt to ensure safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting variety, generally exceeding 18m in height, offers convenient electric operation. After reaching the desired height, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securely hanging in position.
Equipped with both manual and electric control modes, the lifting high-pole lamp ensures safe and reliable lowering to 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance.
With a 10m remote control device, operators can safely manage the lifting operations from a distance of 5m, safeguarding personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is fitted with a spare cable. When lowered, this cable connects to the electrical system, allowing direct power supply for seamless maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns meet the IP65 international sealing standard, preventing dust and water ingress, thereby extending bulb longevity. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
