The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design usually features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent, then seamlessly welded automatically. These structures typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The framework not only serves a functional purpose but also incorporates decorative elements. Primary materials include steel, steel pipes, and hot-dip galvanized lamp posts and plates.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of a motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring reliability.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism can hoist at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, offering efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and doesn't move transversely.During the lifting process, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely into place with a hook mechanism once it reaches the correct height.
5. The lighting electrical system can be outfitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) options for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, enabling part lighting or full illumination as needed,
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
and a robust underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts for optimal safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting high pole lamps generally feature poles exceeding 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to their working position, the lamp trays can automatically detach, hang securely in place, and allow the wire ropes to be safely unloaded.
Our lifting type high-pole lamp is designed with dual lifting control modes — manual and electric. This ensures the lamp tray can be lowered securely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground for hassle-free maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety during operations.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows the lamp tray to be directly powered, facilitating straightforward maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp conform to the IP65 international standard, ensuring they are sealed against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, boasting excellent corrosion resistance.
