The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually is a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent, and finished with precision automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters/second.
2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system boasts an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its position, automatic dropping and locking mechanisms engage, securing it firmly with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400 W and 1000 W options, including metal halide (white light) for both light and floodlight purposes.A computer time controller intelligently manages the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination control.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
with the underground foundation featuring 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely with the underground bolt for optimal safety.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18m, which is complemented by a convenient electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray reaches its operating height, it automatically detaches, securing itself in place while the wire rope is released for optimal stability.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control options: manual and electric. This design ensures the lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating effortless maintenance.
With a 10m lead-out wire, the manual remote control device allows operators to control the lamp panel’s lifting from a safe 5m distance, prioritizing operator safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end links to the lamp tray’s junction box, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
Meeting the IP65 international standard, all lift-type high-pole lamps are sealed to prevent dust and rain ingress, significantly extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are crafted from top-grade materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
