♦ Our light pole design boasts exceptional durability, featuring anti-seismic capabilities rated at 7 degrees, and robust anti-wind resistance up to level 11. The pole's anti-seismic intensity is assessed at a B level, ensuring it stands firm under challenging conditions.
♦ Crafted to meet stringent design requirements, our light poles are made from high-quality low carbon steel Q235, with a maximum silicon content of 0.04%. Each pole is precision-bent using advanced bending machines, maintaining a straightness error of no more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing Technology: Our poles are integrally formed with smooth, elegant lines, treated both internally and externally with hot galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation, adhering to the national standard GB/T13912-92. The zinc plating meets the GB2694-88 standard, ensuring an anti-corrosion lifespan of over 30 years.
