The configuration of high mast light:
1. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, the shape of these high mast lights is typically either dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. They are meticulously formed through precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding, achieving impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second, they assure robustness.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these lights feature decorative elements primarily made of steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo a hot dip galvanization process for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes. These components work seamlessly together,allowing the lamp post to lift at a smooth speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is designed with precision, featuring guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains steady without transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate securely drops and locks automatically using the hook mechanism.

The lighting electrical system comes equipped with an array of 6 to 24 lamps, offering powerful illumination with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), both spot and floodlight.Featuring a sophisticated computer time controller, the system allows for automatic management of switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
These lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole stands tall over 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it seamlessly detaches and secures in place, with the wire rope smoothly retracting.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, allowing for safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray.
It can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to safely control the lifting process from a 5m distance, ensuring their safety.
Furthermore, a spare cable accompanies the lift-type high-pole lamp. When the tray is appropriately positioned, the cable connects directly to the socket of the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring seamless power supply for maintenance and repairs.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively shielding against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb lifespan. Crafted from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
