Unveiling the Exceptional Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. Aesthetically designed, our poles typically feature a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, these poles undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles are also visually appealing, with components including steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates all treated with hot-dip galvanizing for maximum durability.

3. Our electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.This system ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, integrated within the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its intended height, it automatically drops and locks into place securely with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is top-notch, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) configurations. Choose between spotlights and floodlights for optimal illumination.Our advanced computer time controller allows for automatic switching, enabling part lighting or full illumination as needed.

6. Our robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole usually stands over 18 meters tall, facilitating effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, hang securely in the trench, and the wire rope can be safely unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This allows for effortless raising and lowering of the lamp tray.
For your convenience and safety, the lamp tray can be securely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device, with a 10-meter lead-out wire, lets operators safely control the lifting mechanism from a 5-meter distance, safeguarding personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct electricity supply for lamp maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, ensuring maximum protection against dust and rain infiltration, thus extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
