The Advanced Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates, which are expertly cut and bent.The poles undergo automatic welding and generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework is both functional and decorative, utilizing materials such as steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stable and precise movement of the lamp plate..During the lifting process, the lamp plate remains steady. Once in place, it automatically descends and locks securely via an integrated hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can support 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light) lamps, spotlights, and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller manages the automatic switching, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod.

The underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps: A Comprehensive Overview
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type, typically exceeding 18 meters in height, features an electric lifting operation for ease of use. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches, hangs securely, and the wire rope is easily released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be safely lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level for maintenance.
With the lifting type high-pole lamp's manual remote control device, featuring a 10-meter lead-out wire, operators can safely manage the lamp panel’s elevation from a distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring enhanced safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to the optimal height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the tray, allowing uninterrupted power supply and facilitating easy maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing to prevent dust and rain ingress, significantly extending the bulb’s lifespan. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials are chosen for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
