Product Description

The advanced configuration of our high mast light includes:
1. The poles feature a robust dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,then seamlessly welded. They typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, boasting a wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework is not only functional but also decorative, predominantly using materials such as steel, steel pipe, and lamp post. Each component undergoes hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a powerful motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring reliable operation.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, efficiently raising and lowering the lights.

4. The guide and unloading system features durable guide wheels and arms, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during elevation..Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked by an automatic hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller intelligently manages the lights, providing options for partial or full illumination and automated switching.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,

while the underground foundation features a 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded to the base for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles usually exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting system for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to the designated working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to
descend safely and reliably to about 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote-control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely manage the lamp panel's lifting and lowering from a 5-meter distance, ensuring their personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for the direct supply of electricity to the lamp tray, facilitating convenient maintenance and repair of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the equipment and extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
