The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting and expert bending.Each pole undergoes automatic welding, standing proud at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, engineered to withstand wind resistance up to an impressive 60 meters per second.
2. Within its functional framework, our design transcends mere utility, incorporating decorative elements primarily using steel materials. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for durability and longevity.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Internally, the lamp post is equipped with a lifting mechanism that operates at a brisk pace of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, is designed to maintain stability and prevent transverse movement during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate is in position, it effortlessly and securely locks into place, thanks to an automated hook mechanism.

Generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types, the lifting high pole features a main pole height of over 18m, designed for effortless electric lifting. When the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it seamlessly detaches, securing itself and neatly storing the wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp is versatile, featuring both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device boasts a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to safely oversee the lamp panel's movements from a distance of 5m.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable for uninterrupted power supply. The cable is easily connected between the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating efficient maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps is the IP65 international standard, ensuring they remain impervious to dust and rain, significantly extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, recognized for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
