1. Crafted with precision, the high mast light features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously formed from high-strength steel plates. The process involves cutting, bending,and automatic welding, resulting in impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. It boasts a superior design capable of withstanding maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. This masterpiece is not just functional but also a decorative marvel, utilizing materials like steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all finished with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a state-of-the-art assembly comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a system enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring seamless operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and doesn't sway transverselyduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically settles and locks securely in place using a hook mechanism. .

The advanced lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide options (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.For optimized control, a computer time controller is integrated to manage the switching time, offering options for either partial lighting or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray can automatically detach, secure in place, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be securely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling remote operation of the lamp panel from 5m away, ensuring operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When lowered, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other to the lamp tray’s junction box, allowing direct power supply for lamp inspection.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. Typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
