2. Our framework not only serves a functional purpose but also adds an aesthetic touch, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, which are all treated with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.This efficient system allows the lamp post to achieve a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures steadfast stability of the lamp plate during the lifting process,.Once in position, the lamp plate is securely dropped and locked by an automatic hook mechanism.

Our state-of-the-art lighting electrical system can host between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide options (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.The sophisticated computer time controller automates the on/off schedule, accommodating both partial and full illumination seamlessly.
6. Incorporated within the design is a robust lightning protection system, featuring a 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the lamp's pinnacle,
alongside a grounding system with 1.1 meter long grounding wires welded to the underground bolts, ensuring safety during electrical storms.

Classification of high pole lamps
We offer both lifting and non-lifting high pole lamp varieties. Lifting poles exceed 18m in height, equipped with convenient electric lifting capabilities. Once elevated, the lamp tray can seamlessly detach, hang securely, and allow for wire rope unloading.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual modes: manual and electric, providing safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground, allowing effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel lift operation from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the designated position, the cable connects the electrical control system socket to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct power supply and maintenance of the lamps.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps are IP65 certified, ensuring superior protection against dust and rain, which extends the bulb's service life. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard to prevent dust and rain from entering and the service life of the bulb. The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
