Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut, bent,and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are primarily used, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism allows for lifting speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is made of guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks securely with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller can automatically manage the switching times, offering the option for partial or full illumination.

6. For lightning protection, a 1.5-meter lightning rod is installed on top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires welded to the underground bolts.

Classification of high pole lamps
These can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18m in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, hang in the ditch, and unload the wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter long lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the proper position, one end of the cable is inserted into the electrical control system's socket and the other into the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct electrical supply for maintenance.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
