The configuration of the high mast light is an engineering marvel:
1. These lights feature poles that are typically designed in a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, they undergo precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The poles generally reach heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to an impressive 60 meters per second.
2. While primarily functional, the design also integrates decorative elements. The materials used include steel and steel pipes, with lamp posts and lamp plates all treated with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. At the heart of this system is the electric lifting mechanism, which includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This sophisticated setup enables a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. Ensuring stability, the guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate.During lifting, and once the lamp plate reaches its destination, it is automatically secured in place by a hook mechanism.

For brilliant illumination, the lighting electrical system can house between 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) technology for spotlights and floodlights.A computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, allowing for partial or full lighting as per requirement,
6. For protection against lightning, the top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,
while the underground foundation includes a 1-meter long grounding wire, expertly welded with the underground bolt for safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting models typically exceed 18m in height, featuring convenient electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the desired working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself, while the wire rope is neatly retracted.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control options, the lifting type high-pole lamp allows the lamp tray
to be safely and securely lowered to as close as 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device is equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lifting process from 5m away, ensuring operator safety.
Moreover, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, the cable connects to both the electrical control system socket and the junction box on the lamp tray, providing direct power supply and simplifying maintenance.
The lamps and lanterns of lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising functionality. Constructed mainly from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance, extending the lifespan of the bulbs.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
