The silicon content is meticulously controlled to be no higher than 0.04%. Utilizing advanced large-scale bending machinery, the pole achieves a straightness error of no more than 0.05%.
♦ State-of-the-art Manufacturing Technology: This light pole is seamlessly formed with a smooth line and treated with both internal and external hot galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation, adhering to the national standard GB/T13912-92.
