1. The elegant silhouette of these lights is usually crafted in a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole shape, meticulously formed from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding, resulting in towering structures with standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand winds of up to 60 meters per second, these lights ensure durability and safety.
2. At the intersection of functionality and aesthetics, the structure predominantly features decorative materials, including steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all protected by hot dip galvanization for longevity.

The electric lifting system is a marvel, comprised of a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring flawless operation.With a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, the interior of the lamp post is engineered for efficiency and reliability.

Guidance and stability are paramount; hence, the system integrates a guiding and unloading mechanism with precision-engineered guide wheels and arms, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it seamlessly locks into place with an automatic hook system, guaranteeing stability.
5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse of illumination, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400 W or 1000 W, using metal halide (white light) in both spotlight and floodlight formats.Equipped with a sophisticated computer time controller, it offers automated switching, partial lighting, or full illumination according to your needs.
6. Our advanced lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
These sophisticated systems are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting models surpass the 18m mark in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once raised to their working height, the trays detach automatically, securely suspending in place while unloading the wire ropes.
Lifting high-pole lamps come equipped with dual control options: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray to
descend safely and securely to 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance access. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, empowering operators to manage the lamp panel lifting process from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable; when the lamp tray is adequately lowered, the cable connects one end to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links with the lamp tray's junction box. This setup ensures direct power supply for repairs.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamp structures meets the IP65 international standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain intrusion, thus extending the bulb's lifespan. These lamps are crafted from corrosion-resistant materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
