3. Our advanced electric lifting system features a powerful motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The lamp post houses a reliable mechanism ensuring a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, crafted with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures impeccable stability of the lamp plate,.During lifting, it prevents transverse movement. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks in place with a secure hook mechanism.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles reach majestic heights over 18m, with an efficient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it gracefully detaches, nestling into its groove, allowing for hassle-free unloading of the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, facilitating the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to a convenient height of 2.5m above ground for effortless maintenance.
A manual remote control device with a 10m lead-out wire allows operators to manage the lamp panel from a secure distance of 5m, ensuring utmost safety during operation.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When positioned appropriately, this cable connects directly to the electrical control system and the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring continuous power supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of our lamps and lanterns conforms to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending bulb longevity. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials boast excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
