The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, ensuring seamless operation.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at an efficient speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, promising quick and reliable service.
4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and aligned during the lifting process..Once positioned, the lamp plate securely locks into place automatically, thanks to an innovative hook mechanism.

6. For ultimate safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop each mast.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles, standing over 18m tall, offer convenient electric operation. Once elevated, the lamp tray can auto-detach and the wire rope can be released.
The lifting type features dual control modes - manual and electric - enabling the lamp tray to be lowered safely to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating maintenance.
A 10m lead-out wire on the manual remote control device allows for safe operation from 5m away, safeguarding personnel.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When lowered, the cable connects the lamp tray directly to the control system, allowing for power supply and maintenance.
The lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard to shield against dust and rain, prolonging bulb life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
