Configuration Details for High Mast Light:
1. Typically designed in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, these poles are crafted from high-strength steel plates through a meticulous process of cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Their standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust yet decorative, these poles are primarily made of steel, incorporating steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates which undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting system operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement. During lifting. Once the lamp plate reaches the desired position, it can be automatically secured and locked in place using a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system comprises 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options, using metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations. A computer time controller is integrated to automatically manage the switching time, offering options for partial or full illumination,
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
while the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter grounding wires welded with the underground bolt for safety.
High Pole Lamp Classification
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing for the lamp tray to be elevated or lowered with ease.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance straightforward. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring utmost safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, and the other end is plugged into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows the lamp tray to receive electricity directly, facilitating the overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and prolonging the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
