Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:

1. The structures are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. After precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding, they reach heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters/second, they ensure robust performance.

2. Functionally and aesthetically, the framework primarily uses steel and steel pipes. The lamp post, lampplate, and all components are hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, it facilitates a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate can automatically drop and lock securely via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system boasts 6 to 24 lamps with 400W or 1000W metal halide options (white light), providing both spot and floodlighting. A computer time controller offers automated switching, partial lighting, or full illumination options.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,

and the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type boasts a main pole height of over 18 meters, facilitating easy electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the desired working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and securely hangs in place while the wire rope is released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamps feature dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing seamless operation of the lamp tray.
These lamps ensure safety and reliability by enabling the tray to be lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level for straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter-long lead-out wire, permitting the operator to manage the lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, thus guaranteeing operational safety.
For added convenience, the lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other plugs into the junction box on the tray, enabling direct power supply for hassle-free maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole system adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and enhancing bulb longevity. Constructed from premium materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
