♦ Crafted to stringent design specifications, our light pole uses high-quality low carbon steel Q235 with silicon content under 0.04%. Expertly bent with a large bending machine, the straightness error is kept below 0.05%.
♦ Advanced Manufacturing Technology: The light pole is seamlessly formed with smooth lines and treated with hot galvanization both inside and out. The comprehensive galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation. Adhering to national standard GB/T13912-92 and zinc plating adhesion standard GB2694-88, the pole boasts an anticorrosion lifespan exceeding 30 years.
