The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design typically embraces dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from robust steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. These poles stand tall at standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind gusts of 60 meters per second.
2. Incorporating a multifunctional framework, these structures are also aesthetically enhanced. Predominantly crafted from steel, components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanization for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is ingeniously designed with an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes with cables.Internally, the lamp post is equipped to achieve a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and arm, meticulously engineered to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate.during elevation. Once in position, a hook mechanism allows the lamp plate to be automatically secured and locked.

The state-of-the-art lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.With a sophisticated computer time controller, users can effortlessly manage the switching intervals, choosing between partial lighting or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles generally exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric operation. Once elevated, the lamp tray can be automatically detached, securely fastened within the ditch, allowing easy wire rope removal.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes—manual and electric—for flexible operation. The lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters from the ground, facilitating maintenance. The 10m lead-out wire of the manual remote control provides a 5m operational range, ensuring user safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the tray is lowered, one end connects to the electrical system, while the other to the tray's junction box, enabling direct power for repairs.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole assembly meet the IP65 standard, effectively sealing against dust and rain to extend bulb lifespan. Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
