The pole design typically features a robust dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent.These poles undergo automatic welding, ensuring heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Incorporating both functionality and aesthetics, the framework utilizes primarily steel and steel pipes, with lamp posts and plates treated through hot-dip galvanizing for superior durability.

3. Our electric lifting system is engineered with a powerful motor, a reliable winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and durable cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient maintenance.

4. The guiding and unloading system features precision-engineered guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally..During the lifting process, the lamp plate can be automatically positioned and securely locked by the hook once in place.

5. The advanced lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 high-intensity lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) options for both spot and flood lighting.A sophisticated computer time controller allows for automatic scheduling of light switching, offering options for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Our lightning protection system is meticulously designed, featuring a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the lamp top.

The underground foundation is integrated with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt, ensuring comprehensive protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
The high pole lamps are classified into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18m, which makes electric lifting operations extremely convenient. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the groove, and release the supporting wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be lowered securely and reliably to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
Maintenance is made effortless with the lifting type high-pole lamp, as it can be safely lowered to a height of 2.5 meters. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting process from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring the operator's safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an additional spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and easy maintenance of the lamps.
The lift-type high-pole lamp features an IP65 international sealing standard for all lamps and lanterns, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration. The bulbs' materials are typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
