Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework predominantly uses steel. Components include steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal mechanism allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically dropped and locked securely by hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W, featuring metal halide (white light) options for both light and floodlighting. A computer time controller enables automated control of switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts.

Sophisticated Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps come in two versatile types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type is preferred for heights above 18 meters, featuring an effortless electric lifting operation. When the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it ingeniously detaches and secures itself, while the wire rope smoothly disengages.
Equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—the lifting type high-pole lamp allows the lamp tray to be elevated with utmost convenience.
For safe and hassle-free maintenance, these lamps can be lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring complete operator safety.
Moreover, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a reliable spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, the cable can be connected between the electrical control system socket and the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for seamless maintenance.
Designed to meet the IP65 international sealing standard, all lift-type high-pole lamps are impeccably protected against dust and rain. Constructed from top-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance and extended bulb life.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
