The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The striking form of our high mast lamps is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole. Crafted from robust high-strength steel plates, these poles undergo meticulous cutting and bending processes.Our state-of-the-art automatic welding ensures durability with general heights at 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand formidable wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, these are engineering marvels.
2. While inherently functional, our lamp posts also feature a decorative touch. The core materials include steel, steel pipes, and lamp plates, all subjected to hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced longevity and aesthetics.
3. The sophisticated electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, intertwined with cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring effortless elevation.
4. Our advanced guiding and unloading system utilizes guide wheels and arms to stabilize the lamp plate during lifting, preventing transverse movement..Once in place, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by the hook system, ensuring safety and stability.
5. Our lighting electrical system can be tailored with 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W or 1000 W, using metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options.Equipped with a computer time controller, it orchestrates the seamless toggling between part lighting or full illumination, optimizing energy usage.
6. For enhanced safety, the lightning protection system includes a robust 1.5-meter lightning rod at the lamp top.
The underground foundation is armed with 1-meter long grounding wires, expertly welded with the underground bolt for comprehensive protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, with heights exceeding 18m, facilitates smooth electric lift operation. Once raised, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This ensures the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5m distance, safeguarding their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. As the tray lowers to the right position, one end plugs into the electrical control system and the other connects to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
With an IP65 international sealing grade, our lamps and lanterns are protected against dust and rain, extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they ensure durability.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
