The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The elegant design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. After cutting and bending,automatic welding ensures durability. Heights generally range from 25m to 35m, withstanding maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials predominantly include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel, comprising an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at speeds between 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate..Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically secures and locks into place with a hook for stability.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with power options of 400 W or 1000 W. It accommodates metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight.The computer time controller offers smart automation, managing switch times, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and the underground foundation features 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely to underground bolts.

Classification of High Mast Light Poles
High mast light poles are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type, with heights usually exceeding 18 meters, offers an easy electric lifting mechanism. Once elevated to its operational height, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be released effortlessly.
The lifting-type high mast light pole features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This flexibility ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby enhancing personal safety.
Additionally, the lifting-type high mast light pole is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply and facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lifting-type high mast light pole comply with IP65 international sealing standards, offering robust protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are generally constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
