Product Description

The configuration of high mast lights is designed with precision and durability in mind:
1. The shapes are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, constructed from high-strength steel plates that have been expertly cut and bent.These poles undergo automatic welding and generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality meets aesthetics with decorative materials primarily comprising steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for superior protection.

3. The electric lifting system is robust, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is maintained between 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficiency.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its intended height, it automatically locks into place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is adaptable, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for automatic switching, providing options for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp post.

The underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height of over 18 meters, with electric lifting operations that offer superior convenience. Once the lamp tray is raised to its working position, it detaches automatically, hooks into place securely, and the wire rope is released for optimal performance.
The lifting type high-pole lamp provides both manual and electric lifting control modes, offering flexibility and ease. With this feature, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy and efficient maintenance.
For enhanced safety, the manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters. This ensures the operator's personal safety during maintenance operations.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the system and extending the bulb's service life. These lamps and lanterns are primarily constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
