The configuration of our high mast light system:
1. Our high mast light poles feature a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. The process involves cutting, bending, and automatic welding.The poles are generally available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, and are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters/second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, the poles are also aesthetically enhanced with steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for longevity.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This system ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, smoothly operated inside the lamp post.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks in place with a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), offering both spotlight and floodlight capabilities.A computer-controlled timer can automate the switching, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.
6. Our lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top and an underground foundation with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts.

High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles usually exceed 18m in height and facilitate easy electric lifting operations.
Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is released.
Lifting high-pole lamps offer both manual and electric control options, providing secure maintenance access by lowering the tray to 2.5 meters above ground.
The hand-held remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance.
Additionally, a spare cable is included with all lift-type high-pole lamps. When the tray is lowered to a suitable position, it connects directly to the electrical control system for seamless power supply and maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns are rated IP65 to guard against dust and rain, ensuring extended bulb life. They are made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for excellent corrosion resistance.

The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
