Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The elegant design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles crafted from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut and bent,then precision-welded. Standard heights stand majestically at 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to a robust functional framework, the aesthetic appeal is enhanced with steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cable.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism ensures a smooth ascent of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and transversely unmoved.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally divided into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, and its electric lifting operation is designed for ease and convenience. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes with two lifting control options: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can be lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's lifting from a 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring the operator's personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal height, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket while the other end is inserted into the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance or repair of the lamps.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65, adhering to international standards for dust and rain prevention, thus extending the bulb's service life. Typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, the materials used offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
