1. Typically designed in striking dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, these poles are crafted from high-strength steel plates, expertly cut, and bent.Following automatic welding, these majestic poles usually stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles boast decorative elements, predominantly featuring steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for maximum durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady without any transverse movement during lifting..Upon reaching its destination, the lamp plate is designed to automatically drop and lock securely into place with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spotlight and floodlight applications.A sophisticated computer time controller ensures seamless automation of switching times, allowing for selective part lighting or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system is comprehensive, with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp and a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. Typically, the height of the lifting main pole exceeds 18 meters, offering effortless electric lifting. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it can automatically detach, securely hang in place, and unload the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts both manual and electric lifting control modes, enhancing the versatility and convenience of the lamp tray.
This sophisticated system ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with an additional spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply to the lamp tray for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and thus prolonging the bulb’s service life. The materials used for lamps and lanterns are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
