Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, made from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,then automatically welded. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally framed, these poles also feature decorative materials, primarily steel. Components including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system utilizes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains steady and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it can be automatically secured and locked by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system includes between 6 and 24 lamps with power ratings of 400 W to 1000 W, using metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for automatic control over switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination,

High Pole Lamp Classification
High pole lamps are broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically exceeds 18 meters in height and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features both manual and electric control options. This dual-mode system ensures that the lamp tray can be lowered to a safe 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
With a 10-meter lead-out wire, the manual remote control device allows operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a 5-meter distance, guaranteeing their safety during operation.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp also comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing ingress of dust and rain and thus prolonging the bulb's service life. The materials used, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
