The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring a robust electric motor, a durable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complete with a coordinated cable system.Internally mounted within the lamp post, the lifting speed operates efficiently at a range of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. A sophisticated guiding and unloading system, incorporating a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and secure.During the elevation process. Once in position, a specialized hook system allows the lamp plate to automatically lock into place for unparalleled security.

The lighting electrical system is equipped to perfection with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide for brilliant white light, complemented by light and floodlight options.An advanced computer time controller provides automatic regulation, allowing for either partial lighting or comprehensive illumination as needed.
6. The state-of-the-art lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp,
while its underground foundation is safeguarded with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. With a height exceeding 18m, the lifting main pole offers the convenience of electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can seamlessly detach and secure itself, with the wire rope neatly retracted.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes - manual and electric, offering flexibility and reliability in lowering the lamp tray
to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above the ground. A 10m lead-out wire for the manual remote control device allows operation from a safe 5m distance, safeguarding the operator's well-being.
Each lifting high-pole lamp boasts a spare cable for uninterrupted power supply. When lowered appropriately, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other links to the lamp tray's junction box, facilitating direct electricity flow for maintenance purposes.
The lamp's sealing grade meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress while maximizing the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
