Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating an easy electric lifting operation. Once raised to its working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches, hanging securely in the ditch, while the wire rope is neatly stowed.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps are equipped with two control modes: manual and electric, allowing flexible operation of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for convenient maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely control the lifting panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other inserts into the junction box on the lamp tray, providing direct power for maintenance and inspection of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp series adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending bulb service life. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
