The configuration of an exceptional high mast light is designed with precision and durability:
1. The elegant shapes, typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, are crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent,and subjected to automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Its robust functional framework is complemented by decorative elements, predominantly using steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates. All are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced protection.
3. A sophisticated electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, promoting efficiency.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees the lamp plate remains steady,.throughout the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate can be automatically secured and locked by the hook mechanism.
5. The advanced lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W, 1000 W metal halide options. It supports both spot and floodlighting,and the computer time controller affords automatic switching and customizable illumination settings.
6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter lightning rod mounted atop the lamp,
while the underground foundation includes a 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
These can be generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed a height of 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the operational height, the lamp tray securely detaches, hangs in place, and the wire rope is tensioned accordingly.
The lifting-type high-pole lamps feature dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and efficiently lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, ensuring their protection.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. This design allows, when lowered, for one end of the cable to connect to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion and prolonging bulb longevity. These are constructed using materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.

The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
