Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, these lights are constructed mainly from steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. It ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, facilitated from within the lamp post.

4. An advanced guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during lifting.. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks securely in place, thanks to a sophisticated hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W configurations. These use metal halide (white light) for both spot and flood lighting. A computerized time controller enables automatic on/off switching, as well as selective or full illumination.

6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires welded securely with the underground bolts.

Classification of High Mast Lights
Our high pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high mast lights typically have a main pole height of over 18 meters, providing a user-friendly electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its operational height, the lamp tray smoothly detaches and secures itself in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be safely released.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control modes - manual and electric, ensuring seamless raising and lowering of the lamp tray.
For enhanced safety and ease of maintenance, the lamp tray can be reliably and safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device has a lead-out wire extending 10 meters, enabling operators to control the lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their utmost safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the tray is lowered to a suitable height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the tray, facilitating direct power supply for inspection and maintenance.
The sealing grade of all our high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. These lamps are constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
