1. Our high mast lights are crafted with precision, featuring dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. These are engineered from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut, bent,and automatically welded to perfection. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our design not only prioritizes functionality but also introduces decorative elements using primarily steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo a hot-dip galvanizing process.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel, incorporating an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is a smooth 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with a hook, showcasing its technological finesse.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are available in two distinct types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole stands tall at over 18m, offering convenient electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it detaches automatically, securely nestling in its position, ready for operation.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be lowered safely and easily to 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance effortless. The 10m lead-out wire of the manual remote control device lets operators control the panel from a safe 5m distance, ensuring optimal operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps include a spare cable. When the tray is lowered, one end connects to the electrical control system, while the other attaches to the junction box, ensuring a direct power supply for lamp maintenance and overhaul.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, guarding against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
