Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, made from high-strength steel plates that have undergone cutting, bending, and automatic welding. They typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally designed for both utility and aesthetics, the high mast lighting fixtures incorporate decorative steel materials, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system allows for an internal lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during the lifting process..When the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it automatically drops into place and locks securely via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light), illumination, and floodlight options. An advanced computer time controller enables automatic management of switching times and offers options for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and the underground foundation is equipped with grounding wires that are 1 meter long and welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting high mast lamps generally exceed a height of 18 meters, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it detaches automatically, securing in the ditch, and the wire rope is released for optimum performance.
The lifting type high-mast lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can be efficiently
lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a lead-out wire extending 10 meters, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring full personal safety.
Every lift-type high-mast lamp comes with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This facilitates direct power supply to the lamp tray, allowing for straightforward maintenance of the lamps and fixtures.
The lift-type high mast lamps feature a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to effectively prevent dust and rain infiltration. This significantly enhances the lifespan of the bulbs. The lamps and fixtures are typically crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
