Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light is meticulously designed for both functionality and longevity:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting and bending,followed by automated welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a design to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally sound and aesthetically pleasing, the framework and decorative elements are primarily constructed from steel. Components like the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move laterally.during lifting. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place using a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with power ratings of 400W or 1000W. The options include metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller manages the lighting schedule, offering automatic control for part or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is top-notch: a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is installed at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires, meticulously welded to the underground bolts for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. When elevated to the operational position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and securely hooks into place, allowing the wire rope to be safely released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—enabling seamless elevation and lowering of the lamp tray.
It can be lowered safely and reliably to a height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter-long lead wire, allowing operators to control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. These lamps are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
