1. The design of our high mast lights typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. These are crafted from high-strength steel plates and undergo meticulous processes of cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance design, enduring speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our functional framework not only focuses on utility but also incorporates decorative elements. Primarily using materials like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts and plates, each component is hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, consisting of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is finely tuned to operate at a comfortable 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system integrates a guide wheel and arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its destination, an automatic drop-and-lock mechanism secures it in place with precision.
5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide options for brilliant white light and floodlight capabilities.Equipped with a sophisticated computer time controller, it offers seamless automatic control for switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination.
6. Our cutting-edge lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp's apex,
while the underground foundation is robustly secured with 1-meter-long grounding wires, expertly welded to the underground bolts for maximum safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, often exceeding 18m in height, offers effortless electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the groove, and release the wire rope.
Equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—our high-pole lamps ensure that
the lamp tray can be securely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance. With a 10m lead-out wire, the manual remote control allows operators to maneuver the lifting at a safe 5m distance, ensuring their safety.
In addition, each lift-type high-pole lamp features a spare cable. When lowered to the appropriate level, one end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and maintenance of lamps and fixtures.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, per international standards, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion and prolonging the bulb's lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
