Configuration Highlights of the High Mast Light:
1. The design features either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut, bent, and automatically welded. These structures typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a formidable wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The functional framework is not only robust but also aesthetically pleasing, primarily utilizing materials like steel, steel piping, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for superior longevity.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. It ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, all housed within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a reliable hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can support between 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps, offering both spot and floodlighting capabilities. A sophisticated computer time controller is included to automatically manage switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination based on needs.
6. For added safety, the lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp's apex,
and the underground foundation is equipped with 1.1-meter-long grounding wires, which are meticulously welded to the underground bolts.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly classified into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. Lifting main poles are typically over 18 meters in height, featuring an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it will automatically detach, secure itself in the designated slot, and release the wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp includes both manual and electric lifting control options, allowing seamless adjustment of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground for straightforward maintenance. With a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can control the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring maximum safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply and facilitates easy maintenance of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system meet the IP65 international sealing standard, offering robust protection against dust and rain, thereby enhancing the bulb's service life. The lamp materials, generally composed of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, provide excellent corrosion resistance.
