♦ This light pole is meticulously designed to withstand seismic activity up to 7 degrees, endure wind forces of level 11, and meet B-level seismic intensity standards.
♦ Crafted with precision, the light pole material is composed of high-quality, low-carbon steel Q235, ensuring the silicon content does not exceed 0.04%. It is expertly bent using a large bending machine, maintaining a straightness error of no more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing Excellence: The light pole is integrally formed with a seamless design, featuring internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation, all conforming to the national standard GB/T13912-92. The zinc plating adhesion meets the GB2694-88 standard, providing an anti-corrosion lifespan exceeding 30 years.
