The configuration of our high mast light is designed to meet the highest standards of durability and performance:
1. The poles are dodecagon or octagonal conical, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut, bent, andautomatically welded. Typically, these structures stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters/second.
2. Our functional framework not only ensures robust performance but also includes decorative materials. The steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable.Inside the lamp post, the mechanism allows for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can automatically drop and lock securely via a hook mechanism.
5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. With a computer time controller, the system can manage the switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.
6. For added safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.
The underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High Pole Lamps can generally be categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main poles typically stand at heights exceeding 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hooks into the groove, and the wire rope is disengaged.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with dual control options, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and securely lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's movements from a distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also fitted with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, this cable connects one end to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and making maintenance a breeze.
All lamps and lanterns within the lift-type high-pole system boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain. This ensures the longevity of the bulbs. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their superior corrosion resistance.
