The Advanced Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The form factors are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, precision-crafted from high-strength steel plates. After meticulous cutting and bending,these components undergo automatic welding. Standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance engineered to withstand speeds up to an impressive 60 meters per second.

2. The structural and decorative framework primarily utilizes high-quality steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing for longevity and resilience.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of a powerful electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The interior of the lamp post features a lifting mechanism with a speed range of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring quick and efficient adjustments.

4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and a guide arm, designed to keep the lamp plate stable and prevent any lateral movementduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically secured and locked into place by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can support between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) options for both general and floodlighting purposes.A sophisticated computer time controller enables automatic scheduling for switching, partial lighting, or full illumination based on your needs.

6. The lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation is fitted with a 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded to underground bolts to ensure maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole is usually over 18 meters in height, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach and hang securely in place, ensuring the wire rope is effectively unloaded.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps feature dual control modes: manual and electric, providing flexibility and convenience for the user. The lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance procedures.
To enhance operator safety, the manual remote control device's lead-out wire extends to 10 meters, allowing lifting control from a distance of up to 5 meters. This ensures that maintenance can be performed while keeping the operator at a safe distance.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an additional spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy overhaul and maintenance of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system are sealed to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are generally high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
