The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, and bending, followed by automatic welding. The common heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these units boast decorative elements, mainly utilizing steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates with hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The interior of the lamp post is fitted with a mechanism for lifting at speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically lowered and locked securely by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is outfitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, using metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller is integrated to automate the switching times, enabling part lighting or full illumination based on requirements.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,
while the underground foundation is fitted with 1-meter long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolts for enhanced safety.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m in height and offers hassle-free electric lifting. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be easily removed.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps feature two control modes: manual and electric, ensuring smooth and safe lowering of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring their safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, guarding against dust and rain to extend bulb life. The lamp materials are typically made of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
